Roland Skuce | Owner + Timberframer
Roland grew up working with his family's custom home building company. Through working with various trades he developed a passion for carpentry and working with his hands. He took these skills to School where he studied Residential Construction Engineering. Upon graduating he decided to pursue his love of carpentry and craftsmanship at the College of the Rockies in British Columbia. After graduating the Traditional Timberframing Program he moved back to his hometown of Caledon where he has been designing and building timberframes ever since.
Dan Wray | Owner + Timberframer
Dan studied Construction Engineering Technology and carpentry Techniques. Upon graduating, he completed the Traditional Timberframing program at College of the Rockies. He honed his craft working for several years as a carpenter in Calgary before moving back to Ontario to co-found Caledon Timberframes. He takes great pride in his work, never accepting anything but perfection.
Jade Francis | Project Coordinator
Jade has been working with Caledon Timberframes from the beginning. Jade has a backround in Life Sciences and studied Bioscience and Philosophy before joining our team. Her enthusiasm for modern design was sparked at a young age; with several years experience in diverse roles including team management and coordination. Jade works behind the scenes to coordinate and communicate with our clients. Her process is organized and focused on the little details - after all, that's what makes up the big picture.
